Amish muffins are simple and delicious. Here's a homemade recipe for Amish-style cinnamon sugar muffins:

Ingredients:

For the Muffins:

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Step 5: Fill Muffin Cups

Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Step 7: Add Topping
